All returns must include a copy of the invoice showing the item purchased. A copy of the invoice can be obtained by calling Wetnoz at 888.893.8669.
Exchanges (for other Wetnoz Product):
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of Invoice
- Regularly priced products only (no sale or close out items)
- Customer will be charged (or credited) for difference in prices
- will pay shipping both ways plus a 20% re-stocking fee
- Product must be returned unused and in original packaging
- It is recommended that the Customer insure returned products
